I am constantly looking for only the highest quality in my craft whether it be in guiding, or lure building. However, as a result of mother nature and human error I can't promise that every trip or lure will be perfect. What I can promise is that if there is a true problem with any service or lure that you purchase from me, I will explore every avenue possible to make it right to you. I can offer rain checks, replacement baits, replacement parts, returns, refunds, discounts on future purchases, and free merchandise. We will work together to determine these resolutions on a case-by-case basis. With regard to baits, if there is no problem at all, and you've simply decided that you don't need or want the bait(s) that you purchased, that's just fine as well. We completely understand! Returns for a refund are accepted at the buyers expense for 14 days after delivery for unopened/unused products only. We will refund you the full price of your unopened items. After 14 days, returns and/or refunds will only be permitted on a case-by-case basis as described above.
